I worked with senior staff and a team of squad leaders to assist approximately 60 incoming freshmen to train them regimentally, academically, and physically as well as keep track of their mental and emotional well-being for the duration of their entire first year here at the Academy.

Assisted professor in organizing the itinerary, financials, and overall planning, coordination, and organization of 22 students' Experiential Learning Trip to Durban, South Africa.

I worked along with 13 other squad leaders to help a group of about 55 freshmen from the incoming class develop and adjust to academics and the regimented lifestyle for the duration of their entire first year at the Academy.

I worked alongside upper-class squad leaders and senior staff to conduct regimental duties for the freshman class and start my process in the leadership program at the Academy.
