I managed a team of 30, business partnering with the Supply Chain, Sales, New Business and Trading teams.EUK went into administration with the failure of Woolworths Group plc in November 2008. The administration was run by Deloitte and assisted by Gordon Brothers. I was the most senior member of Finance retained through the administration period, working alongside the remaining Board members and administrators, leading the Finance team through this challenging period. I modelled various scenarios, attempting to sell the profitable business, whilst recovering debtors, resolving creditor disputes and liquidating inventory. -
