Responsible for conducting any necessary research concerning a new client and new show. Prepared all audition materials, such as copies of script excerpts and contact forms. Greeted arriving talent and agents, and conducted check-ins for audi- tions and appointments. Answered heavy office phones and sent and received general mail, e-mail and fax correspondence. As well as organized talent submissions and assisted with casting sessions.

In charge of running the producers’ office, answering calls, covering scripts, research, helping run social media and project-specific tasks that vary with the current slate of films being produced. Gained the opportunity to work with the commercial side of the production company that has signed oscar nominated directors.
