Lead QI I was responsible for training all new employees. Trained all employees per SOP, PPE, and QSP's making sure that all standards and qualities were match. Ran RotoFlex for all roll insert. I was responsible for achieving customer desire O.D., splicing types, tension, documentations, spec, standards, and produces best quality. I was fully trained as a cutter and helped Printing Literature to cut inserts down to customer standards so that insert could be folded to the right dimensions. I was also a QA Comparator backup. I was responsible for checking all printed sheet to meet customer proofs and profiles. I had to meet all customer Spec's and requirements. As a Folder Operator I was required to set up RTA to the dimensions required for the insert size. Setting up RTA with minimal set-up time still allowing the RTA to preform at top quality and reducing down time. I preform all maintenance on machine and replaced all belts and parts needed for cutting boxes and rollers etc. I also ran Piggyback that married multiple inserts together and bound by glue.
