I am a professional with over 10 years of Customer Service experience spanning several industry areas. I also have over 4 years of experience in Mortgage Loan Processing which has provided me with many core skills with regard to analysis, quality control/assurance, income calculation, data verification, attention to detail, and working in a fast paced environment. In 2021 I was acknowledged as a key contributing member to my Loan Officer funding over $100 million in loans. This is because I am incredibly goal driven and detail oriented.I am a creative at heart with a very analytical mind. As the owner of 3 English Bulldogs, I never shy away from a challenge and love finding new and creative ways to solve problems. As someone who loves portrait photography, I also thoroughly enjoy connecting with people, building relationships with them, and helping make them smile in whatever way I am able to do so. I am truly passionate about learning new things and am usually quick to do so. I believe that many skills learned within a role are versatile ones that with the right resources and knowledge can transition well to many different career areas.I am enjoying demonstrating the versatility of those skills in my role within Consumer Lending, and am very excited to continue to learn, grow, and advance myself professionally.
