•Charged with managing and administering the company’s ABL credit facility including monitoring borrowing levels, modeling liquidity projections, and providing timely requirements.•Assist in various financial reporting activities. This includes consolidation, producing internal financial decks, as well as financial presentations for external stakeholders.

•Develop transition plans to combine the two Treasury department’s cash management and cash forecasting.•Conduct credit agreement research and analysis and provide white paper write ups for Company Executives.•Implement a new interest rate hedging program for the newly combined companies. •Charged with implementing, monitoring, and maintaining balance sheet hedging for legacy Arizona. •Lead corporate leasing analysis which included lease v. buy scenarios.•Develop internal reporting for the Company Executives to include the new credit facility and Treasury scorecards for the newly combined companies.

•Lead the Financial Risk Management Committee and review and make recommendations for the Global Hedging Program; including interest rate, FX, and commodities risk.•Manage the Global hedging program on a daily basis including regulation compliance and forecasting.•Assist in the quarterly review of cash and working capital during the Budget and Financial forecast planning as well as providing analysis as needed.•Daily review and reconciliation of all domestic and international bank accounts.•Develop and manage cash forecasting and budgeting – including assessing current and potential risks and advises management on precautionary measures. •Provide analysis and approval for payment proposals to ensure there is adequate cash globally. •Distribute funds to the appropriate local entities in order to cover all current and future payments. Managing local cash requirements include trading foreign currencies, ensuring timely fund transfers, etc.•Responsible for ensuring Treasury related items are accounted, reported and communicated accurately for the various Treasury, Accounting and Financial internal and external reports (i.e. Management Cash presentation, Debt reporting, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows, Cash Forecasts, etc).•Monitor and advise Treasury’s European Outsourcing Team on managing the European cash netting, FX trading and funding requirements. Responsible for maintaining and updating their General Procedures document, building a strong relationship and resolving issues.•Work with shared services in multiple countries to establish global procedures and uniform policies.•Perform other financial analysis and projects as required.
