I work at an adult day center. There they have patients with alzheimers and dementia. Their care needs rank differently depending on the specific patient's abilities.I assist the Registered Nurses with any duties they need help with. I assist the patients with personal hygeine care, feeding, and light grooming. I also assist with taking their vital signs, weight, and so on. I also provide stimulating activities for the patients to engage in everyday.
