Throughout the course of my professional career, I have consistently been rewarded with expanded levels of responsibility due to my acumen for leadership and accountability. I understand how to manage business operations, motivate teams, and achieve customer satisfaction. Furthermore, I have found this success in a multitude of industries. While each sector may have slightly different processes, some of the keys to success are the same. For example, I excel at engaging with stakeholders, outlining goals, and then architecting solutions to achieve those objectives. When it comes to team building, I understand how to recruit quality candidates, facilitate on-boarding and offer training in best practices. This not only leads to client satisfaction but usually results in high levels of employee retention. I would be remiss if I did not point out that I am a Veteran of the US Army where I honorably served as a Military Police Officer for more than 8 years.
