I make sure all information is accurate for each project and lead production planning by coordinating internal and external processes and ensuring that first and foremost, the customer service of HG exceeds expectations.As Highland Group’s Director of Internal Cultural Relations, I lead a team of employees to plan a variety of events and programs to enhance company morale, office culture and team collaboration. I bring energy and positivity to the day to day workings of our office and do my best to make work a fun place to be.
