Ms. Coker is an accomplished healthcare consulting project director and manager, with experience helping clients address challenging healthcare issues to accomplish business objectives. Her experience includes serving a wide range of healthcare clients including health systems, academic medical centers, specialty care hospitals, hospital-associated ambulatory care providers, and behavioral health centers. Ms. Coker focuses most of her time on project management including testing, training, and command centers; interoperability, health information exchange, system integration, patient and provider digital engagement, regulatory compliance, project management office oversight and design, application management assessments and design, change management oversight and design, and construction program oversight.
