Oversee construction on projects ranging from $20M-$45M- Executed under contract models CCDC2, CCDC30 Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), CCDC5B, and Design Build- Portfolio of work includes Educational, Multi-residential and Industrial- Develop & maintain construction schedules utilizing Last Planner System (LPS)- Utilization of lean principles during project execution- Execute all project financial forecasting, reporting, change management and billing- Familiarity with Virtual Design Construction (VDC) implementation on projects

Contributing to the development and construction of an 18 story building located in the Calgary Beltline.- Coordination and facilitation of complete design phase from start-up to Building Permit Stage- Management of all permitting and lead liaison with City of Calgary - Contribution to construction budgeting, tendering, cash flow, scheduling- Creation of strategic documents for new General Contracting company- Management of RFI's, scheduling & coordination of consultants, Building Specifications, Change Orders, and client specification selection schedule
