 Maximise Financial Services income via mortgage and protection products sold.  Maximise, in conjunction with Reeds Rains Regional Operations Directors, lead generation from Estate Agency staff in the area.  Cover 25 branches across Staffordshire, Cheshire, West Midlands, Liverpool and North Wales Manage a team of 19 Mortgage Advisers within above area.  Recruit, train, coach, develop and retain the team of Mortgage Advisers. Increase and maintain motivation within the team.  Train both FS and residential staff in conjunction with the Regional Operations Directors. Included in this would also be development of residential sales via viewings, offers, registrations, Legal Services etc.  Maintain relationships with other functions within the company on a day to day basis such as HR, Training, IT and Head Office departments. This also includes 3rd party relationships with lenders, insurance providers, customers, local solicitors and local companies.  Assisting the FS Directors in the day to day running of the business, including training and recruiting new Managers. Lead by example and keep a professional profile at all times.  Maintain IT skills and support advisers with IT issues.
