Senior Customer Success Manager
Current• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned customers, guiding them from the initial point of sale through onboarding, ongoing success, and renewal.• Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Representatives to formulate a cohesive Sales and Success plan tailored to each designated account.• Cultivate an in-depth understanding of the customer's people, processes, and priorities across Solutions and Cloud applications, ensuring a seamless and unified Calix experience.• Maintain a holistic perspective of customers' Cloud and Solution investments, orchestrating subject matter expertise within the Customer Success Team to meet customers' evolving needs.• Take ownership of the success of the assigned customer portfolio, actively identifying risks to their business goals and collaborating with the account team to construct effective risk mitigation plans.• Drive business value and innovation for the customer by comprehending their key challenges and potential for growth.• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with the customer's marketing, support, network operations, business executive leadership, and decision-makers, solidifying our partnership and commitment.
