My role at the Children's Radio Foundation (now Radio Workshop) encompassed fundraising and strategic partnership building, communications with key stakeholders, and marketing of the Radio Workshop, the in-house podcast. I also served as a member of the management team.The Children’s Radio Foundation trains youth across Africa as radio reporters, giving them the tools and skills to make their voices heard. They ignite important conversations and gain leadership experience to last a lifetime. Speaking in local languages and in a youth-friendly style, they interview community members, host debates, and bring out local perspectives on the issues that are impacting their lives.
