Oversaw structure construction for 52 storey student accommodation building, including internal climbing crane, twin hoists, Concep materials hoist, general logistics, roof plant, completion of facade, civil works and site demobilisation. Removal of the internal climbing crane was a staged process requiring 3 subsequent cranes to remove.Currently working on a 60 storey apartment project in Southbank, having assumed the role from my predecessor who sought a new challenge. Completion of facade and handover of levels for finishes trades, installation of roof steel and recovery crane ahead of building maintenance unit and roof plant installation. Alimak removals currently being sequenced.

Extensive asbestos removal works to enable strengthening works and subsequent installation of steel frame and light weight floor cassettes and cladding to allow building to reach its full design height.

I am currently working on the Collins Square development, overseeing structure, secondary steelwork and facade installation.Construction of stage 4 of the Upper West Side development supervising the structure, facade, drop zones, swing stages and coordinating deliveries and crane operations.Short duration on final stages of 720 Bourke street for Medibank.Finishing concourse level including lobby area and public entrances.Supervision of disruptive works at the Peter Doherty Institute in Melbourne. These included lift shaft fitout and car installation, concrete floor grinding, hebel wall installation, works to access/egress routes and were typically carried out during afternoon shift.
