Oversaw structure construction for 52 storey student accommodation building, including internal climbing crane, twin hoists, Concep materials hoist, general logistics, roof plant, completion of facade, civil works and site demobilisation. Removal of the internal climbing crane was a staged process requiring 3 subsequent cranes to remove.Currently working on a 60 storey apartment project in Southbank, having assumed the role from my predecessor who sought a new challenge. Completion of facade and handover of levels for finishes trades, installation of roof steel and recovery crane ahead of building maintenance unit and roof plant installation. Alimak removals currently being sequenced.

Refurbishment of an existing 12 storey CBD office building including installation of an additional 7 levels to create in excess of 200 apartments. Extensive asbestos removal works to enable strengthening works and subsequent installation of steel frame and light weight floor cassettes and cladding to allow building to reach its full design height.
