I completed my 200 hour teacher training program through Yoga North International SomaYoga Institute in October of 2015. This training program was like the Yin to my Yang. SomaYoga is gorgeous blend of therapeutic yoga, somatics, and classic postures. I was able to start back at the beginning, slow the heck down, and listen to my body. To learn that it is all about balance in this life, no matter what we are looking at. My hope for my students is to find your own self on the mat and to listen to what ever your mind, body, or spirit is telling you. You are smarter than you may even know. I believe that where ever we may find ourselves of this rollercoaster we call life, well that is exactly where we are supposed to be.
