As our account executive, I manage client accounts, helping them determine which products work best for their event(s), along with designing their print layouts for any customized products, all within Adobe Illustrator CC. Proficient in pointing out any details for printing that may need to be adjusted for proper print quality. Once orders are confirmed, I do send the details to the factory and follow up to ensure that all orders are on track to ship out on time, or early. This means that I also keep clients in the loop throughout the entire order process so they don't need to worry about what is happening with their orders, when they have so many other event details to worry about. I am in charge of reaching out to clients who could benefit working with us, and all of this information is managed within our CRM database ACT. This information is then transferred to our customer/order database in Sage ERP 300 where we handle all of our customer orders/inventory management and pricing/purchase orders. As our marketing assist to our marketing/SEO manager in London, I am in charge of sales data extracting from excel both monthly and annually so we can use the data to reach out to clients with customer service surveys, reaching out for referrals/reviews of their experience with us, as well as follow up reminders for client accounts that order regularly. As our social media manager, I manage our social media channels within Hootsuite to keep up on what's happening within our industry, with our clients and potential clients. Keeping in touch with our clients/potential clients on social media is important to us. It is very important to monitor social media at all times, so that we can reach out if we see something amiss, or if someone is raving about us. Other duties I handle within our office as backup is general accounts receivables for client accounts, filing, customs documentation for incoming shipments within the Canada/United States and shipping/receiving.

As Paramount's head receptionist, I was the first point of contact for any incoming clients. I had to be knowledgable about products so I could direct tot he correct area of the showroom, and then get a sales person to come down and introduce themselves to give further information. I also handled a variety of administrative jobs, such as price increases in both Tiny Term and on the showroom floor, accounts receivables, accounts payables, purchase orders for special order product or stock, filing, liaising with management to ensure correct measures are taken with our sales team and our clients. Working in tandem with the warehouse manager to ensure deliveries are scheduled with enough time to get product prepped and delivered, and keeping the delivery schedule up to date, notifying the sales team when a day is too full to allow anymore deliveries.
