As a Project Executive, I am responsible for managing contracts, licensing, and building permits for various projects, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices. I also collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and customers to facilitate smooth and timely project completion and delivery.In addition to my Project Executive role, I also serve as an Executive Administrator for the company, overseeing the financial operations and reporting, as well as the office administration and customer service. I leverage my accounting and property management skills that I gained from my previous role as an Accountant at J&J Flooring and Design, LLP, where I handled accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and tax preparation for a flooring and design firm.
