Involved in the final stages of the audit process. When the financial statements would come to me, I would go through them and tie all of the specific accounts and recompute everything in the statements and notes. I would also review any language errors throughout the statements, as well as checking the footnotes to make sure disclosures were made when needed. Quality control was the main goal of this position to make sure that the statements went out without any errors.

Involved in accounting and administrative duties, as well as receiving a broad overview and introduction to the use of Quickbooks. Due to the size of the company, I was able to be involved in a variety of areas including Accounting, as well as Marketing.
