During my tenure at The Money Store, I handled a diverse range of marketing initiatives, crafting captivating social graphics, eye-catching flyers, compelling postcards, impactful billboards, and engaging PowerPoint presentations. Additionally, I actively contributed to enhancing our online presence by assisting with the graphical elements of a website overhaul and meticulously reviewing and refining social media posts from Loan Originators. Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace environment by serving on the Employee Experience Committee.

As the V.P. of Marketing and Administration, I developed strategic brand management, set goals, conducted market research, and oversaw and maintained appropriate company image. I was responsible for all brokerage and agent marketing. I led marketing training for new agents and advised agents on marketing questions. Also, I was a part of the Leadership Team and assisted with all company decisions on hiring, system changes, company events and training, opening new offices, and so much more.As the Marketing and Admin Director, I was responsible for all company marketing including daily social media posts, website creation and SEO, postcards, email marketing, and recruiting strategies. I also performed various office management tasks such as answering phones, maintaining adequate stock of office supplies, and depositing checks. As the Assistant Property Manager, I processed expense invoices related to the managed property portfolio, maintained and tracked current rent insurance policies from tenants, responded to tenant requests, and assisted with various ad hoc tasks.

As the Marketing Assistant and Photographer for The Peter Hewitt Team, I am responsible for sending daily expired letters, sending monthly post cards, sending weekly FSBO letters, taking photographs of houses that are being listed for sale, editing photographs, and putting the photographs onto the MLS system.

I would help them work on graphic design projects, type out reports, type out meeting minutes, and create contact lists. Some specific projects that I worked on were the Paxinosa Elementary School Renovation Announcement Postcard, Wade Associates Postcard, and Monocacy Commons Logo. I also redesigned the layout for their meeting minutes, cleaned up layouts for booklets, and created layouts for some other paperwork.

I would be on every station. The stations were front register, drive-thru register, sandwich maker, grill, drive-thru coordinator, and front coordinator. In those stations, I would help customers order their food, help customers with issues, take orders in drive-thru, make customer's food, cook the burgers and chicken, put orders together for drive- thru customers, and put orders together for customers in the dining room. Other responsibilities I had were cleaning, stocking, washing dishes, and preparation. I was, also, a dining room opener and a dining room closer at different times. I received employee of the month four different times. Many customers called to mention good service and mentioned my name and, on the online survey, customers mentioned my name and said that they had very good service.
