Process all auto loan payoff checks from dealers and other financial institutions, pull paid off loan report and send title to proper owner. Balance checks and enter all payoff information into an excel spreadsheet. Assist partners with correct title documentation for each state and process applications to have Notre Dame FCU listed as lien holders. Once titles are returned to branch, perform audit to insure all information is correct, track in computer system and scan to electronic file folder.

Process all check and EFT payments from both patients and insurance companies. Help checkout desk with cash transactions. Prepare deposits, once funds were deposited entered information into quick books program and balances daily. Prepare billing documents to be sent out to secondary insurance companies or patients. Call on claims that have been billed to check status of payment. Help balance petty cash.
