Over the Course of the 5 years i've worked at the 2 campus school Barnwell, I've taken part in and have also headed many large projects, including personally setting up Single Sign On for Adobe licencing, Converting to O365 and even helped with a full network move when we moved schools a few years back. As there are only 2 lead technicians for 2 school sites, I spend the majority of the time looking after either site at a time, which has forced me to develop my professionalism, prioritisation and overall knowledge and understanding of Computers in a network environment. I've also been involved with the training of 5 apprentices thus far, of which all have 'shadowed' me through their level 3 and level 4 apprenticeships and passed themselves!
