- Responsible duties include developing and improving the processes, tools and information systems for the implementation of Quincy Compressor’s marketing strategy by leveraging the information and data available from Salesforce, Oracle systems and marketing databases - Works closely with business line managers and the sales field to ensure systems are properly maintained and new business development initiatives are implemented; while brainstorming new and creative growth strategies- Salesforce champion including analysis and reporting

• Responsible duties include exercising primary control over the inside sales operations of Quincy products not limited to providing competitive price quotes based on profit margins and competitive pressure, review bid specifications for product suitability and forecasts incoming order levels by month• Works closely with Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure product quality and reliability improvements are met• Compiles, analyzes and distributes technical information about Quincy and competitive products• Structures and staffs the organization through appropriate personnel selection, training and proper delegation of responsibility and authority to provide framework for personnel development and growth of 10 employees

• Responsible duties include developing, administering and testing our Salesforce CRM platform in all areas of the company’s business processes including sales and service• Developing organization processes, capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs• Develop thoughtful and innovative strategies to improve customer experience, increase revenue generation and reduce operational costs• Act as Salesforce SME, directly responsible to multiple departments in leading the analysis, design, development and implementation of our CRM application

• Supports Sales and Marketing department of Quincy Compressor in the form of development, implementation and management of multiple websites (WordPress and Joomla platforms) and graphic design services including all brochures and sales collateral • Create/maintain online sales and service applications and serves as system support for marketing-related applications including salesforce • Creates and manages production for trades shows, corporate activities, distributor training sessions and major conferences• Oversee and support project management and design budgets

• Provide inside sales and technical support for our distributors and customers• Liaison between customers, distributors, field sales and factory/engineering personnel• Provide order entry and customer service functions for all our distributors as well as preparing bid specifications to ensure sales goals are attained • Field calls on a daily basis to meet demanding customers’ needs and to ensure the communications lines are open between Quincy Compressor and our line of distributors

• Liaison between distribution, accounting, and factory personnel to ensure complex orders are handled swiftly and as efficiently as possible• Facilitate all shipments of large machinery and parts in both domestic and international markets• Handle all international documentation requirements for cross border shipments• Field calls on a daily basis to meet demanding customers’ needs and to ensure the communications lines are open between Quincy Compressor and our line of distributors
