Served as the Group Practice Manager for the SHAPE Healthcare Facility to include primary Care, Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy, and optometry; managed templates in CHCS/AHLTA; managed Access to Care and provided direction to the Commander and deputies on plans and strategies; managed booking protocols and Standard Operating Procedures for appointment booking and MSA operations; served as the Primary Tricare Online administrator and worked to improve access to care and patient satisfaction through online booking. Major achievements include: decreased the No Show rate from >10% to meet the MEDCOM standard of <5%, participated in the MSA consolidation and clinic workflow project; marketed Relay Health and Tricare Online (TOL) to increase patient satisfaction and increase Access to Care, increased Relay Health enrollment to surpass the 46% standard, met or exceeded Access to Care in Future and Acute appointments for the Patient Centered Medical Home, sustaining Primary Care Manager and Team Continuity, worked with Physical Exams to maintain MRC4 to below 2%, and maintained future and acute appointment availability.
