• Researching impact of socio-cultural values & experience on cognitive strategies in memory & attention• Examining the training of culturally-influenced cognitive strategies as potential interventions for aging-related memory decline; created and led a 5-part cognitive training study• Demonstrated the impact of acculturation and change in cultural values over time on memory strategy benefits; created and led multiple longitudinal (2-year long) studies with international students• Demonstrated the impact of cultural norm tightness on health behaviors during COVID-19 across the USA.

I was a study group leader for the Brandeis Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (BOLLI) where I created and led a 5-week course "Why Don't You See It My Way?: How Culture Affects How We Think & Perceive" for local community members continuing their education.

I mentored a group of five graduate students at Brandeis beginning in the summer before their program's start. I also designed and led a workshop on coping with stress in graduate school and co-led a workshop on burnout.

I designed curriculum and taught the content as part of a team for total of six 90-minute workshops aimed at serving previously incarcerated individuals: Technology (Digital Literacy) workshop I & II, Health and Wellness I & II, and Professionalism I & II. I served as the team lead for the Health & Wellness and Technology workshops.
