My experience and skills various for multiple positions I’ve held. First skill I’ve learned is customer service, with assisting your customers with any issue they may have and getting things resolved in a timely matter. My next skill I added was authorization, where I was able to approve claims that were place on insurance policies for members homes. I have gradually added additional skills such as dispatching work orders to contractors to service as well as recruit contractors for the company to assist with claims that are placed.
