To deliver my findings I produce in depth typed and electronic reports with images, plans and trend analysis to clearly display areas of high risk to the sites operations.I deliver an in depth audit of service delivery to develop the standards of service technicians and ensure full compliance to SLA's, external audit requirements and current legislation. This data is analised and further training requirements are identified. I am responsible for delivering training sessions to employees and clients and carry out periodic health and safety audits on service personnel. In recent times I have been involved in a major supermarket chain dealing with escalation procedures, riddance programmes and store development surveys. I produce in depth reports and project plans for ongoing works to resolve complex pest control issues. Show less
