Mentored/ supported building principals and teachers on a daily basis by completing walk throughs and monitoring staff. Then use this information to collaborate with our leadership team on high-stake decision-making strategies, needs/successes and planning our professional development. Communicate with parents to problem solve concerns, answer questions, and in some cases diffuse tense situations and assisted in calming the situation. Communicating with stake holders on a regular basis and implementing policy updates.

Meet with 7th and 8th grade students and families on a regular basis to support them through the application process. Coordinating and scheduling campus visits to potential schools. Building relationships with those schools for our families and students. Educating families on school choice, their options, what each school has to offer and guiding them on what might be the best fit for them.
