• Produce High quality components for immunological-based colloidal gold assays in a GMP regulated and certified environments with all components manufactured under SOP and QS guidelines.• Produce/Formulate all required components to produce gold-based drugs of abuse tests by performing all required duties personally or through subordinates• Partner with Research and Development in identifying appropriate urine standards per level of drug via HPLC. (Quantify the components per sample)• Determine antibody/conjugate combinations to formulate a production lot based on prior lots or trials. Determine when trial and testing is required, and which combinations of antibodies, conjugates and nitrocellulose to compare.• Maintain accurate inventory levels and monitor regular cycle counts per department.• Update Bill of Materials and SOPs, and attend regular company meetings.• Troubleshoot technical issues and multi-task preparation of formulation components required for production.• Schedule preparation of formulation components and subordinates.• Review and approve lot documents and sign off.
