In this role, I had a wide array of responsibilities. I provided guidance and mentorship to sales associates and was the point person between store owners, merchandising and purchasing managers, sales associates, customers, and distributors. I communicated daily goals and expectations to the team. I performed administrative duties including (but not limited to) scheduling, performance reviews, coordinating team meetings, ordering supplies, creating workflows for ordering, organizing, and selling merchandise. Lastly, I led community engagement efforts (i.e., organized bulk ordering and delivering for relaunch of Liberty Humane Society, directed holiday donations for children at York St. Project). -
