When I first set foot on the college campus, I had a dream to become a high school English teacher. I was driven by a desire to make a positive impact on the world. However, life took me on a different path, and I found myself in the world of sales. Over the years, I've sold a variety of products, ranging from roofing and siding to Valpak coupons and electronic components.Through these experiences, I discovered my natural talent for persuasion and realized I could use my skills to change the world for the better. I was determined to find a career where I could combine my passion for helping others with my talents. That's when I joined Wholesale Communication as an assistant.At Wholesale Communication, I was given the opportunity to learn the telecommunications industry from the ground up. I dedicated myself to mastering the trades, and as a result, I have risen through the ranks to my current position. I am proud to have found a career that allows me to use my persuasive energy for the greater good, and I am excited to see where my journey will take me next.As a seasoned professional with a passion for driving success, I am proud to have played a significant role in the implementation of new projects. My hands-on approach and drive for excellence has allowed me to make a lasting impact on the organizations I've worked for.My proudest achievement to date has been starting and training a remote texting team, expanding our reach and capabilities. I was personally involved in every aspect of this project, from developing the training program to ensuring seamless execution. The results of my efforts have been exceptional, leading to improved productivity and success for our organization.In addition to this, I was also involved in starting and training a remote call center team, where hundreds of agents are able to work from the comfort of their own homes. My leadership and training skills have enabled us to build a strong, effective, and efficient team, contributing to our overall success.I am excited to continue my journey in a role where I can leverage my experience and skills to drive positive results for the organizations I work with.
