Running a production crew safely whilst keeping production and quality at a high standard, inducting new employees onto site, reviewing and writing JSA and SWP’s, lock out officer, high risk work permit officer ( live access, hot works, working at heights), performing pre starts and fixed plant and mobile equipment, running pre start toolboxes, machine size changeover, fixing machines during breakdowns, assisting maintenance crew with breakdowns to fixed and mobile plant, problem solving mechanical issues with machines, problem solving quality issued during pipe manufacturing, producing quality pipes that comply to Aust standards,

Currently working on a Schramm T685w, the rig is currently running as a production rig, drilling 12-15 inch GOAF holes up to 26 inch Breakthrough holes, using 8 5/8 rods, operating two Atlas Copco XRVS455 and a Sulair 900XVDKQ, performing daily pre-starts, servicing motors and the trailers as well as site trucks, site set up, offsiding on the deck as well as the trailer, running a drill string, loading rods using the clam shell method, preparing rods, breaking out hammers, tripping in, tripping out, digging the tertiary, running the casing both welded and threaded, maintaining drill rig and other site vehicles, working quickly whilst maintaining high levels of alertness, helping to work out the different issues that arise with drilling, pressure cementing, concreting in casing, working safely around machinery, cleaning site and vehicles, changing hydraulic lines, changing truck and car tires, , refueling vehicles, currently working DIDO 2/1 roster but have worked different rosters FIFO 2/1, 3/1 and 4/2 depending what was needed of me, working in high pressure situations, performing as part of a team, general workshop duties, working in accordance with Phoenix Drillings and mine site specific SOP, daily paper work associated with working within a mine site, tool box meetings, involvement in reviewing JSA’s and SOP’s, I have also offsided on two other Shramm rigs and a Warman with other crews adapting and being versatile to each crew and rigs needs.
