I am a COMPLETE Coach at tnAchieves, where I mentor and support newly graduated high school students who aspire to pursue higher education. I help them navigate the college application and enrollment process, as well as provide academic and personal guidance.I have a bachelor's degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Middle Tennessee State University, and an associate's degree in psychology from Nashville State Community College. I have a strong interest in applying psychological principles and methods to improve workplace performance and well-being.Before joining tnAchieves, I worked as a human resource expert at Target, where I contributed to the recruitment, retention, and satisfaction of employees across various departments. I reviewed and screened resumes, conducted orientations, and managed benefits and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.I have developed skills in MS Excel, administrative assistance, customer relations, and problem-solving through my previous internships and jobs. I am eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges in the field of human resources. I have a passion for helping people and organizations achieve their goals and potential.
