As the Assistant Project Manager at Matrix Environmental, a demolition and hazardous material remediation contractor, I am responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to the schedule. More specifically, I monitor job costs, oversee change proposal requests, change orders, and client payment applications. In addition to operations, I also execute and manage construction cost analysis and project management software, HCSS, company-wide. Matrix specializes in commercial, industrial, and government projects, completing approximately 80 per year.
