• Delegate, supervise, and monitor the work of junior administrative staff including report writing, inventory management, vendor invoices, shipping and receiving, oil samples• Deal with phone and email correspondence, complaints and queries from customers and vendors• Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems• Open and assign jobs to technicians• Research and order parts and filters• Create and send quotes, PO requests, and invoices• Assists service manager by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed• Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary• Participate in the planning and execution of company events• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings when needed• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory• Maintain paper and electronic filing system for all records• Maintain fleet management database and GPS• Participate in further database and website design and maintenance• Analyze and resolve database system problems
