I have a strong work-ethic and catch on to core responsibilities quickly. My compliance background began by learning a wide array of company aspects while working as an HR Coordinator. From there, I was able to determine the biggest impacts compliance has on a company, and how to utilize my drive for first time quality in my work life. I transitioned to Corporate in 2020 when I discovered the staffing industry. Even at the customer facing level, I made sure that I provided a great experience for our clients, customers and company by driving results and that first time quality companies' crave. I take pride in the fact that I have worked my way up the ladder in the companies I have worked for. In 2021, I promoted into our Risk Management team where my focus was to audit and drive compliance through my findings. My main objective is to be the subject matter expert on Federal, State and Local guidelines in order to close gaps that are discovered in my auditing and reporting to ensure compliance and minimize risk exposure for our company and partners.
