That's why I work closely with the leadership team to advise on all things people-related - from driving strategy and influencing organizational design to developing leaders, ensuring equality for all, and creating a fun work environment!I'm a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Fashion Merchandising. And as an avid Buckeyes fan, I always love supporting my alma mater! O-H!My background in Human Resources and Retail has given me the skills to create engaging and fulfilling work environments. I'm passionate about helping my team members grow in their careers and find true happiness in their work. Because let's face it, if you're not happy at work, you're not going to be your best self - and that's not good for anyone!Spending time with my family, friends, and dog puts the biggest smile on my face. I am a Mom and a Wife, which are my most important titles in life!
