Repair and preventative maintenance on automation robotic systems and conveyors.

Performs preventative inspections and maintenance on automated conveyor systems, Intralox belts, photo eyes, and electrical panels.Performs repairs as needed on all parts of the automated conveyor system including mig and stick welding while ensuring hot work permits are filled out correctly. Able to relace belts. Track belts based on tension or snub rollers. Repair and maintain 3-stage extendos. Grease bearings, replace VFD’s, adjust hydraulic valve output for chutes to raise/lower appropriately. Able to adjust gravity sensors & ultrasonic sensors. Experience with camera systems for product. Performs proper LOTO procedures.Completed Simutech training.Team work on fabrication to meet facility needs.Perform facility repairs for trailer bay doors, bathrooms, lights/wiring, ice makers, & any other requests from management. On the safety committee to ensure safety procedures are followed and ensuring employees are performing duties in a safe manner and training those who violate safety protocols. Bringing safety concerns and violations to management to help drive a decrease in safety incidents which can result in loss of employee production. Certified to drive fork lifts, golf carts, expediter/tugger carts, & Kubota atv.
