● Facilitate the core programs of the service, hiring and training volunteers in collaboration with Campus Wellness to provide peer support to students on campus● In charge and facilitating the executive team in their ongoing projects● Working with Marketing Specialists in advertising the use of the service, upcoming events and development of branded merchandise● Executing small to larger-scale events throughout the duration of the school term, ranging from movie nights, open mics and an annual conference (XChanges 2023 in September 2023) with the organization of a larger keynote speaker, smaller speakers, marketing, assets, etc. ● Working with an assigned budget for the processed fiscal year and appropriately spending and receiving sponsored funds to be used within the services (i.e. used for, events, office space, volunteer appreciation, etc.)● Working in response to marginalized students who wish to fill out an incident report regarding another student, staff, or faculty member. ● Making crisis communications for events globally that have affected students on campus (i.e. Earthquake in Turkiye/Syria with the execution of a vigil planned with students affected on campus)

● Managing transactions for services desired for students, staff or others. Offer support to students for any insight they need on campus, such as building directories or campus inquiries. ● Inspection of the building hourly● Managing money/cash open and closing the cash registers for an even balance

● Responsible for content creation on all social media platforms/channels (Instagram image posts, reels, stories, etc.) along with Marketing & Communications coordinators● Asset and content creation for the WStore website for new product launches/ highlighted campaigns ● Product photography for use on the website● Asset building for bi-weekly email campaigns● The creation of the current “How-to” videos for more accessibility for students to use printing services on campus.● Creation and procedure of signage requests for in-store visitors.
