In this role, I rotate through the main departments in my organization to gain a deeper understanding of existing processes and complete cross-functional projects to improve organizational collaboration and efficiency. The departments include assembly, manufacturing, operations, engineering, product management, and sales. Upon completion of the program in Q3 of 2024, I will matriculate into our sales organization with a focus on business development.

•Worked under the Director of Global Product Management to complete sales and market analysis for new product launch•Co-authored a Global Technical Sales Manual for a valve product line that was then distributed to entire sales force•Completed a cost analysis for an existing ball valve product and developed a competitor benchmarking test plan

In this role, I worked in the research and development laboratory of a multinational valve manufacturer. My responsibilities included conducting customer-requested quality assurance tests, designing an accelerated life test to demonstrate the effect of dormancy on valve torque, and writing engineering reports. My experience also included Excel Macro coding and a final presentation to senior management.
