I am a certified Engineer Intern looking for an opportunity to shift my career back to engineering in a role focusing on civil and environmental projects. I hope to eventually pair my business and engineering skills to pursue a path in project management. I am currently a Supply Chain Planning Resource at PepsiCo with the Gatorade Supply Planning team in Kissimmee, FL. In this role, I am creating production schedules for finished goods, managing deployment for a variety of Gatorade products, and ordering production materials for the Kissimmee plant. I am utilizing computer programs such as SAP, Tableau, and Microsoft Office. This role has introduced me to many functions of the business, and provided me with a deeper understanding of the supply chain process as well as how to address challenges that are presented. I graduated from the University of Tennessee where I majored in Biosystems Engineering and Soil Science. I have a strong passion for international sustainable development, so I also obtained a minor in International Agriculture and Natural Resources as well as Watersheds. My desire to learn naturally causes me to be more open to ideas and allows me to broaden my perspective when approaching various situations. Pairing this strength with my achiever qualities, strong work ethic, and communication skills, I am driven and enabled to ask questions, form new relationships, and achieve higher goals.Beyond my career, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and outdoors. I served on the Equestrian club executive council at UTK and competed with the team all four years. I have continued to pursue this passion after college as well as my passion to hike and explore new places.
