Worked under the general direction of the Director of Human Resources and was responsible for the completion of full cycle recruitment and general administrative Human Resources functions.Essential Duties:• Screened resumes and conducted telephone interviews with selected potential candidates. • Composed and posted job postings on online job boards and any other applicable locations as well as performing searches via internet recruiting sites or various databases for potential candidates.• Administered all pre-employment paperwork and testing, including employment applications, Caliper profile tests, background checks and drug screens. Contacted appropriate hiring manager to discuss results of pre-employment testing.• Coordinated scheduling for in-person interviews, and provided hiring managers with necessary applicant information (i.e. resumes), as well as working with Branch Managers on coordinating interviews at the Branch for salaried positions. Conducted appropriate follow up measures.• Composed offer letters for Corporate and Branch positions, and sent out all necessary paperwork to new hire candidates. • Provided updates for Safway’s website and distributes Referral posting monthly to the Branches.• If needed, coordinated and administered corporate relocation benefits with the Company’s TPA, with regards to new hires or transfers within the company.• Tracked approval requisitions and forms within Safway’s internal tracking system and follow up with Managers as necessary to ensure timely completion of these documents.• Maintained and tracked all new hire paperwork and follow up with branches as needed to request missing paperwork.• Assisted with administrative training duties as needed.
