Benefits department handling incoming calls from providers and policy holders in regards to coverage, benefits, deductibles, co insurance, eligibility and EOBs. Also individually responsible for EOB request handling, ensuring that requests were answered within 48 hours.

Consultant at member service counter. Provide members with maps, travel directions, US travel information, traveler’s checks, gift cards, membership information. Responsible for open and close of personal cash drawer.

Front end cashier operations. Greet customers, operate cash register, return merchandise to appropriate departments.

Face to face customer interaction. Provide customer with lighting suggestions for newly constructed homes and remodeling projects. Use computer to check inventory. Daily handling of cash transactions.

Responsible for handling incoming phone calls through the Central Reservations line. Responsible for resolving customer service issues, handling one way truck reservations, and answering customer questions pertaining to their rentals and company products.

Front register, answering all telephone calls during shift, customer service, maintain layaway books and customer orders, enter necessary data in to computer, re-order, inventory.
