Power chart consultant for inpatient nursing and ancillary solutions. • Consult with clients on workflows, including current state and future state, identify pain points and areas for improvement and provide best practice recommendations for both clinical and revenue workflows.• Coach client on data collection and system design requirements, analyze to determine optimal solution build, configure Powerchart build • Identify gaps and resolve outstanding design questions, plan and facilitate client meetings and key events to ensure decisions are made, project progress milestones are met, adequate testing is completed, and implementation goals are met • Identify, resolve, and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership• Manage responsibilities and deadlines for multiple clients simultaneously to ensure business needs are met• Mentor associate consultants and assist them in navigating new client relationships and project implementation

• Facilitate plasma donation, preform venipuncture, document actions per SOP, preform instrument troubleshooting, and monitoring of donor. • Initiate donor reaction records, measure and monitor donor vitals, and administer Y-set for saline infusion• Preform donor plasma sample preparation: draw unit samples, box and prepare samples for shipment• Receive and facilitate lot control of center supplies and soft goods shipments• Train new team members on SOPs, workflows, and venipuncture
