• Responsible for creating divisional and category assortment strategies for Kids and Baby divisions (33% of Market).• Manage and develop three direct reports of varying levels from Merch Assistant to Merchant.• Approve all rankings and investments for K&B to ensure team is using assortment architecture and smart risks are being taken.• Work in partnership with Design and Production on developing exclusive product for China that is commercially viable and addresses market specific needs.• Use market intelligence to inform and guide pricing strategies.• Read and react to current trend in-season identifying risks and opportunities.• Perform quarterly midsights/hindsights analyzing data, product trends and competition.

• Responsible for creating sales, margin and inventory Plans for Girls Knits and Active (50% of the Division/ $240m annually).• Manage and develop 5 direct reports of varying levels from Allocator/Analyst to Sr. Planner• Collaborate with cross functional team to grow Girls Active, a key LRP category, grossing an incremental $15.8m since 2013.• Act as Kids Uniform Lead; creating Back to School sales and inventory plans for both Boys and Girls, (a $61m BTS business)• Consistently challenge my team to identify patterns, forecast and react to trends and have an active voice in driving their businesses.• Created and implemented Tops Down and Bottoms Up Reconciliation process for total Kids.• Work in partnership with Merchandising, Design and Production to create product and inventory strategies that drive profitable sales growth.• Active voice in all milestone meetings from product development to final bookings
