Ashley Meadows (Horas) is a Content Creator at @healthysahm. Colleagues describe her as "Ashley is a strategic and creative sourcing leader that I had the privilege of working with during my time at Interior Define as a merchant. During our time as colleagues, Ashley and I worked together on several projects including - new product launches, implementation of PLC processes to improve efficiencies, and many costing/price engineering projects to drive profitability. To name a few of Ashley's contributions to these projects, she managed timelines across several teams to ensure launch dates were met to be able to achieve sales plans. Additionally, she led product development sampling to ensure product quality was prioritized and all teams were aligned on pricing and sample revisions throughout the entire process. Ashley created SOPs to improve the partnership in marketing/merchandising/sourcing for photo shoot and visual merchandising sample management. I've seen Ashley manage several projects firsthand with confidence while always focusing on driving efficiency.
