With over 14 years at AT&T and a decade of experience executing cross-functional projects, I am a thoughtful communicator and analytical problem-solver, dedicated to driving process improvement and prioritizing customer experience.My career began with a B.B.A. in Accounting, leading me to an 8-year tenure in Internal Audit. This experience provided a strong foundation in business understanding and attention to detail. However, it’s through my recent roles as a project manager in the Mass Markets organization where I’ve truly found my passion. I excel in environments that challenge me to innovate, design new processes, and enhance the customer journey.Beyond my professional role, I am deeply committed to professional development, serving as the Director of Professional Development for HACEMOS, AT&T’s Hispanic Employee Resource Group. I am always eager to learn new things and embrace new challenges that allow me to grow both personally and professionally.When I’m not at work, you’ll find me chasing around my three kids on our small farm, coaching soccer teams, or enjoying a good book in a quiet corner.
