CPM Associates is a project and construction management support services firm, specializing in public infrastructure projects. In my role, I supported the design and construction of a new terminal and boarding area at one of the most trafficked international airports - San Francisco International Airport (SFO) - with the goal of revolutionizing the travel experience for passengers. I provided design and construction management of the Telecom, Audio Visual, Security, Signage, and Art scopes of work to ensure the project was delivered on time and on budget. I also led client stakeholder meetings around schedule and cost impacts, late scope requests, and construction status.

I led the design and implementation of several new systems to the Airport and partnered with the SFO Museum and the San Francisco Art Commission to coordinate the installation of seventeen commissioned and purchased artworks.

I administered weekly ITT, AVSEC, and Art design and construction coordination meetings with general contractors and Airport Stakeholders to ensure design and implementation met Airport standards. With the SFO Museum Director, I developed programming and design for museum spaces in the new terminal. I also built and distributed the monthly construction, schedule, and cost update presentation for Owner.

Cupertino Electric is an electrical engineering and construction firm. As a Project Engineer, I worked closely with my Project Manager and Project Executive to manage projects from estimating and bidding through construction, commissioning, and close-out. My responsibilities included developing cost estimates and proposals for new work, material ordering and release management, manpower projections, and oversight of field staff.

I developed electrical construction bids for tenant improvement, office and high rise residential projects in downtown San Francisco and Oakland. I studied project scope narratives and drawings, submitted RFIs to general contractors, partnered with vendors for competitive pricing, created cost estimates, and formulated proposal letters.
