- Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies for the company- Present approved and updated sales strategies, forecasts, dashboards and reports to the sales and management teams and ownership on a frequent basis to ensure this essential information is available for resource planning- Develop and implement short and long-term sales goals- Evaluate appropriate training and personal growth opportunities for sales and marketing employees to ensure consistent increase in the company’s sales volume and market position- Recommend new products and/or services and/or enhancements to existing products and services to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential- Design and execute marketing materials and campaigns- Frequently monitor the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed established performance levels, sales goals, and customer development and support criteria- Arrange sales team travel and marketing events- Develop and maintain department budget- Approve and monitor sales team expenses and spending

- Create print and online marketing materials using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop- Create and coordinate all marketing and promotional materials - Maintain company website and social media accounts- Determine arrangements for tradeshow exhibits and displays- Coordinate all promotional and marketing events by working with venues, caterers and other suppliers- Coordinate all travel and reservations within the company- Serve as back up receptionist- Serve as manager for Alexander Storage
