I have worked as both a software engineer and a scrum master before needing to touch the grass - so to speak! I’m spending my warm months of ‘24 helping out a local business close to my heart, a garden center in my area where I’m getting the opportunity to help bring their internal office workings into the modern era! It’s been a blessing to be able to give back in such a tangible way but it’s also about time I got back into my career, I’ve truly missed working with engineering and the super fun management within.I have my (now lapsed, but welcome to renew!) SAFe SCRUM certification for SMs and POPMs and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering & Project Management. I am loving the people side of technology. I enjoy organization, logistics, and leading groups (or just being a part of them).
